Allergies
Chefs list the allergens in each dish, but home kitchens handle many ingredients. If you have a serious allergy, message the chef in the app before ordering, and don’t order if you’re unsure.
If something goes wrong
Report a problem from your order. An allergen breach or food that doesn’t match its description freezes the chef’s payment while our team reviews it, and we can refund you.
